At Highbankers, Minelab Detectors, Pans, we stand behind our prospecting gear and offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the unused detector, highbanker, or gold pan in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked carrier to our processing facility, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
